A vibrant and crafty mask strap!
We’ve all seen it. Your super awesome scuba instructor surfacing from the depths. When he/she emerges they slyly flip around their mask to reveal their mask strap. How cool!
That could be you! But with a WAY cooler mask strap! Scuba Concepts makes my favorite series. I personally own a few of the really quirky ones and am always looking at new releases!
Oh, and the mask strap makes taking your mask on and off much more comfortable. Almost forgot to mention that bit.

Clips and more clips!
You’re probably thinking, what do I need clips for? Oh. You’d be surprised. Very, very surprised.
I seem to be finding something new to clip to myself EVERY time I dive. Lionfish container? Clipped! Pole spear? Clipped! New attachment I just bought for no reason other than it looks cool? Clipped!
In all seriousness: gauges, computers, SMBs, reels, and other necessary equipment are all good reasons to make sure you ALWAYS have a plentiful amount of clips on hand.

A noise maker!
How many times have you waved like a mad man/woman as your dive buddy swam off into the completely opposite direction as you? Ugh! How many times have you had to talk to them about this!
Introduce: the handy dandy tank noise maker. We use this for students and Laura uses it for me as I often get distracted underwater. If your dive buddy can’t hear this…well….we recommend you get a new dive buddy.

A “Finding Nemo” themed SMB
Yes. This does exist. We had a customer on the dive boat bring this along one day and I could NOT get over it. I needed it!
The SMB is large (6 foot, I believe) giving the boats around you plenty of opportunity to spot you (and Nemo) from afar. The perfect addition to your quirky set of gear!

What better scuba accessory than one that benefits the health of our dive sites? Can’t say you run into those all too often!
Sunscreen, defog, and sunburn care are all products that contain harmful chemicals to our coral reefs. Coincidentally, these are all products that are a MUST for scuba diving. I mean, you are using sunscreen, right? I sure hope so!
